As business coaches, we are also business owners ourselves.

So while we have walked our clients through a changing business scope, we have also had to make adjustments to our own business… often having to coach ourselves the way we would coach you.

Some days it’s a business owner learning something about herself that also helps her better understand the people she leads. Others we watch someone come to the realization that the time has finally come to overhaul a decades-long way of doing things. But most days we look at the faces of our clients who are relieved that they don’t have to do it alone.

Look at your company’s exit interview questions and ask yourself: Could your employee retention rate improve if you took the time to ask these questions of your employees NOW?

When you think about some of the best athletes or championship teams - they all had coaches. Whether it was behind the scenes or right there on the field of play with them — they all had people supporting them.
